高海蓮，1992年出生，私立美和科技大學畢業。
曾獲2021年臺灣原住民族委員會第8屆MAKAPAH美術獎美術類佳作、2022年臺灣原住民族委員會第9屆MAKAPAH美術獎美術類第二名。

Born in 1992, Hai-Lien Kao graduated from Meiho University. She is the winner of the Second Award at the 9th MAKAPAH Art Awards organized by the Council of Indigenous Peoples in 2022, and the Honorable Mention at the 8th MAKAPAH Art Awards organized by the Council of Indigenous Peoples in 2021.
