「聚成的記憶」承載著作者旅居新竹山中所產生的種種情愫。憶起當初在山林裡的時光，因太過習慣城市的快速與繁忙，而面臨許多不曾想像過的困難。但也因為有這些經歷，讓我得以掙脫以往束縛我的陳腐思想，讓我漸漸釐清自己心靈深處最渴望的生活模式。

而我反思，這或許就是成長的必經過程，在不同的人生階段，或多或少會遇到分岔路口，而我們需要不斷的做出選擇與犧牲。這種感覺就彷彿腦中的複雜思緒一點一滴地被挑選、過濾，最終匯聚成純粹的個體。

Memory of Big City carries the artist’s emotions aroused during her stay in the mountainous area of Hsinchu. She recalls that during her time in the mountains, she encountered many challenges she had never imagined because she was too used to the hustle and bustle of cities. However, it is also because of this experience that she is able to free herself from the constraints of banality and realize the most desired lifestyle deep in her heart.

 

While reflecting on this experience, she thinks that this is probably an inevitable aspect of growing up. We all encounter crossroads in every stage of life which force us to make choices and sacrifice. This process is like the complicated thoughts in our minds being selected, filtered, and finally consolidated into a pure object.
