康興隆，1957年出生，玄奘大學藝術設計學院碩士畢業。曾獲2024年新竹美展竹塹獎、雲林文化獎美術類水墨首獎，2023年新竹美展竹塹獎、雲林文化獎美術類水墨首獎、基隆美展東方媒材第一名，2022年臺陽美展金牌獎、大墩美展第一名暨大墩獎、基隆美展基隆獎，2021年台陽美展金牌獎。

Born in 1957, Hsing-Lung Kang received his master’s degree from the College of Art Design, Hsuan Chuang University. He is the winner of the First Award at the 2024 Hsinchu Art Exhibition and the First Award in the ink painting category at the 2024 Yunlin Culture and Art Award. In 2023, he won the First Award at the Hsinchu Art Exhibition, in the ink painting category at the Yunlin Culture and Art Award, and in the Eastern media category at the Keelung Fine Arts Exhibition. In 2022, he garnered the Gold Award at the Tai Yang Art Exhibition, the First and Dadun Awards at the Dadun Fine Arts Exhibition, and the First Award at the Keelung Fine Arts Exhibition. In 2021, he won the Gold Award at the Tai Yang Art Exhibition.
