盧怡君，1982年出生，實踐大學服裝設計系畢業。2024 獲選宜蘭美術獎佳作，2020年於花蓮巧克巧克藝術空間舉辦〈黑暗中的光〉工筆花鳥畫個展，宜蘭古意藝術生活館舉辦〈鼠藝迎新春〉書畫聯展。2019年於日本京都途中京都青年旅舍舉辦盧阿狼工筆花鳥畫家個人首展。

Born in 1982, Yi-Chun Lu graduated from the Department of Fashion Design at Shih Chien University. She won the Honorable Mention at the 2024 Yilan Art Awards. In 2020, she held a personal exhibition of her Gongbi flower-and-bird paintings at Chocochoco Artspace in Hualien and participated in a joint graphic art exhibition at Gu Yi Living Arts Gallery in Yilan. In 2019, she held her first personal exhibition of Gongbi flower-and-bird paintings at On My Way Kyoto Hostel in Japan.
