峇岦嵐偲．旮札涅蘫，1989年出生，屏東排灣族。採集排灣族常用的自然素材，向長者學習材料處理及編織技法，並實驗研究植物特性進行創作，近年來藉由文創產業及發展，將其學習技法應用於商品設計上，也以此進行材質上的藝術創作，進行不同的全新嘗試。

​Born in 1989, Paqeriras Kazangiljan is from a Paiwan tribe in Pingtung. He collects natural materials often used by the Paiwan people, learns material processing and weaving techniques from the elderly, studies the properties of the plants, and experiments with the materials for creation. In recent years, because of the rise of the cultural and creative industries, he has applied the techniques he learned to product design and create art pieces featuring different textures, making also new attempts in art creation.
